Registration Fee

All participants must register and pay the registration fee via the online registration system. Participants can only register for the full Conference and no day ticket is available.REGULAREARLY BIRD RATES

Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and only be processed upon receipt of all registration fees. On-site registration will be subject to availability.

Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangement.
Payment

Payment is required upon online registration.

The registration fee will be made to the event management company, “MCI (Hong Kong) Group Limited”.

Confirmation of your payment, along with registration confirmation, will be made available immediately after payment via an email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your confirmation email, as it may be filtered there. If you do not receive such a confirmation, please contact the Conference Secretariat by email.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via email to the Conference Secretariat no later than October 31, 2025. Refunds will be processed within one month of the request, subject to a 50% administrative fee. Cancellation requests received after this deadline will be acknowledged but will not be eligible for a refund.
Language

The official language of the Conference is English. No simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
Letter of Invitation

The Conference Secretariat can provide a letter of invitation to participants after successful registration. This invitation letter can serve as a supporting document for leave, travel and visa arrangements, and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

The processing time is about 14 working days.
Certificate of Attendance

Participants will receive an e-certificate of attendance by email within 2 weeks after the event. No physical copies of the certificate will be issued.
Liability

The Conference organiser will NOT be responsible for personal accidents, loss and/or damage to private property during the conference. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurances, and take care of their personal belongings at all times.
